You see GameMaster Smitty Lawngtueth, the Official Mayor of Lairocott!
He is a dwarf with long dirty red hair with a white streak running through it that is unkempt, and pale sooty skin.
He appears to be older than dirt. Also, he appears to be mostly dirt.
He is holding a fuzzy stick in his right hand and a gnawed bone in his left hand.
He is wearing a bag of tricks, a long filthy-grey beard that drags along the ground when he walks that appears to be infested with fleas, a gerbil launcher, some dark spectacles, a simple badge, a worn-out dragon suit with broken wings that is missing the head and part of the tail and a companion pouch.
You notice a flea jump off Smitty now and then.
