Divination deck

Tokka is the name of the deck of cards that Moon Mages, primarily the members of the Fortune's Path sect, use for Prediction. While a deck of Tokka cards was implemented for a short while in game, it is currently slated for a rewrite and any decks that were at one point functional now are ruined (ruined decks are also available in the Throne City Museum).
