You’ll travel to Leth Deriel. From the Northeast Gate of Leth (not the typical NW gate that you use to go to Crossing), Go East, North, Northwest, LOOK Bough, Go Path then follow that trail to the gazebo.

1. DRINK WINE
2. The halfling there will talk to you for awhile then kick you out to the gazebo again.
3. Go path and GET PETAL
4. Go north and GET RUE
5. Go south, go gazebo, then search, go trap.
6. The halfling will talk to you for awhile again then kick you out and your done.

You’re now able to create bonding and divorce Roses!
There is a 2 hours (logged in) timer on communal 'rose' creation.
