- Travel to Throne City in Therengia.
- Head to [The Durgaulda Chamber, Research and Lore Division] located within an enormous circular edifice. (from the town gate S, SW, SW, SW, W, W, NW, Go edifice)
- Within the Durgaulda Chamber you should find an elderly researcher
- ASK researcher about cantrip
- It must be day time or he won't teach you
