Starlight velvet

Starlight Velvet is a medium weight cloth that consists of silk threads with miniscule diamond chips worked into the strands during the weaving process. When the light hits the fabric just right, the gem's reflection causes an illusion resembling glittering stars on a moonlit night across the material's surface.
