[Dirge, Garn the Grocer]
This shabby little shop, tucked across from Town Hall, represents the only source of groceries and foodstuffs for the entire town. A few bins hold dispirited greens that are wilting. A few joints of unpleasant looking meat hang from the rafters. A dirty counter offers a selection of moldy cheeses and less identifiable comestibles. The proprietor, a fat and greasy looking Elf of uncertain ancestry, glowers at you as if you were more a disturbance than a source of profit. You also see a faded menuboard.
