This is the liquid version of wax after being heated on a Portable stove.
When you have just picked the wax up, there is a chance you will drop it with the following message:

You drop the liquid wax as you can not bear its heat any longer.

As you hold the liquid wax, it will cool and slough off pieces of solid wax with the message:

Some wax sloughs off liquid wax and splatters onto the ground.

There does not seem to be any message or damage to yourself from drinking the liquid wax.
Will eventually cool and become the solid wax with the message:

The last of liquid wax turns into some wax.

Note: If using to make candles, must be poured into a mold before this final cooling.
