Description
This amorphous being appears humanoid in shape but little else can be seen of its features. With further scrutiny however, a slight flicker can be seen as if many faces and forms suddenly course across its body.
Recall
- You recall everything noteworthy about a mimic... which is apparently nothing.
- They are not known to cast any recognized spells.
- They are not known to carry loot in locked boxes.
In Depth
These creatures will have skill caps that are relative to the player that they "mimic". So, for example, once they morph, they will change from a mimic to a <player> mimic. See the Discussion tab above for a pre-morph and post-morph appraisal.
When it mimics you will see "The air seems to charge with essence and you notice the mimic appears to strengthen."
Test Evaluate
9/22/20: Was able to get a read on a mimic before it transformed, however it would be worth checking to see if the numbers are accurate from other characters as well:
>test eval ------------------------- A mimic: FOR NATURAL ATTACKS: Estimated Creature Level = 106 FOR WEAPON ATTACKS: Estimated Creature Level = 106 FOR DEFENSE: Estimated Creature Level = 106 Overall estimated creature level = 106
