The THROW verb is a combat maneuver that allows you to throw items and is primarily used in combat. Throw is a moderately damaging attack with normal chances for weapons to lodge. HURL is the most accurate combat maneuver for thrown weapons followed by THROW (moderately accurate) and LOB (least accurate).

- THROW <TARGET>: throws the item held in the right hand at the specified target
- THROW <ITEM> AT <TARGET>: throws the specified item at the specified target.
- THROW LEFT or RIGHT: throws the item held in the respective hand at the default target.

- THROW LEFT or RIGHT AT <TARGET>: throws the item held in the respective hand at the specified target.
