Kssarh says, "The Mind Shout spell sends a blast of your psychic power into every bleedin' thing at the location of one of your moonbeam. Which, given you mind, I expect they won't even notice. I'd warn you about the potential feedback, but then I'd have to explain what feedback means which is one more fact won't fit in your undersized head. Before you can learn this spell, you must know Focus Moonbeam and Mental Blast. It will also cost two spell slots."
