[The Weathered Currach]
The light bowl-shaped boat has a dark, salt-stained hide stretched tightly over its birch sapling frame. Worn benches, with slight depressions from so many sitting upon them, show signs of cracking, but the boat is nevertheless well-maintained. The paint has worn from the handles of the scarlet oars, but the grip is comfortable and balanced. As if anxious to be free upon the water, the currach bobs featherlike over the lake without a sound.
Ship paths: overboard.
