Zukir Dyth
Status: Alive
Guild: Paladin
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Location: Zoluren
Type: guard

Zukir was originally introduced as a Crossing town guard. He eventually worked his way up to Provincial Guard before his capture by outcast forces while in pursuit of Jomay and Grishnok.

Rather than exchange or return the captured guard; Zukir was left to rot in a cell deep beneath the great tower of Shard. A year or so after the Outcasts abandoned Shard to return to the desert he was discovered during the city’s reconstruction. Traumatized by events including his years of solitary confinement he refused most empathic assistance once recovered enough to heal on his own.

Escorted by Edenlaen, Zukir returned to Zoluren believing himself a failure for not capturing Jomay and Grishnok and fully expecting to be arrested by the Prince. Instead he was warmly welcomed by the Prince and after some months of further recovery he was promoted to the position of General.

Of note: The scars on Zukir's face are from Jomay's attack and forced shifting during her rescue of Grishnok from the Keep dungeon during the Outcast War.

Zukir was fiercely loyal to Prince Vorclaf, serving without question to strictly enforce the laws of Zoluren. It is perhaps this over all else that allowed him to be used unwittingly to further the Thief Guild Council's objective to remove Kalag from power.

Prince Vorclaf's last request of Zukir was to keep his wife and children safe and Zukir has thrown his all into this promise.

On the first say of the year 409, in the year of the Amber Phoenix, The Zoluren High Council at the petition of House Sovendig, elevated Zukir Dyth, to the position of noble for distinguished years of service. House Dyth shall enjoy all the rights, privileges, precedencies and advantages to the degree of title of Lord belonging to Lords and Ladies of Zoluren that at present use and enjoy. This shall extend to any heirs until no descendants remain of House Dyth.

Lord Dyth was then granted leave to retire, as is his request. Upon his retirement, Lord Dyth is to be given a parcel of land in Chelsea Overlook for an appropriate and private home. Additionally, let it be known that Lord Dyth has determined that upon retirement he will wed the Merelew Cdaisa, (Sdai’s mother) and retire to Andreshlew.
