* In [[DragonRealms Prime]], CHATTER is available to [[Free Accounts|Free-to-Play]] characters through 15th circle and to Mentors. The channel is intended to help new players with game mechanics and learning the game.
* In [[DragonRealms Platinum]], [[The Fallen]], and the test instance, CHATTER is available for general instance-wide communication.

==Notes==
* CHATTER is an [[Out of Character|OOC]] communication channel. Staff may monitor it for inappropriate language or content, but conversation on the channel is not required to be in character.
* [[Gwethdesuan]]s are the primary form of in-character long-distance communication. CHATTER has no in-game explanation for its telepathic communication and is OOC by design.
* A message longer than 500 characters is rejected.
* A character under the effects of {{com|thump}} cannot use CHATTER.

Chatter

CHATTER /ON
