Swing
Combat maneuver that makes a reasonably paced, balance-building impact attack with a held melee weapon. The verb is also used outside combat to swing on ropes and to swing held items.

The SWING command arcs a held melee weapon into an opponent. It is the impact counterpart of SLICE and THRUST: moderate in cost and pace, and balance building.

Syntax

  • SWING
Attack the enemy you are already engaged with, or pick a new one if you are not engaged.
  • SWING <enemy>
Attack the indicated enemy.
  • SWING <enemy> <body part>
Attack the indicated enemy, aiming for the named body part.
  • SWING LEFT <enemy>
