The natural shade of mistsilk is a translucent grey which glistens under any light like a mass of fine liquid droplets. However, it can be bleached or dyed and still retain its natural properties. Occasionally woven pieces of this strong, flexible material will refract available sunlight into a prism of colors similar to a rainbow.
