Description:	The Veil of Ice spell interferes with targeted magic in ways that aren't truly understood. Many believe the spell, through the act of maintaining its frosty shape, works at odds with the matrices needed for targeted magic. In any case, the spell is safe, and is fairly effective. It will weaken each time a targeted attack is cast at you, but does not interfere with your own spells being cast successfully.
Effect:	Ablative TM barrier.
Example Messaging:	You gesture. A veil of ice forms around you. A red-bristled gremlin gestures rudely at you. The veil of ice surrounding your face swirls and twinkles as it absorbs the spell pattern. The veil of ice suddenly shatters and melts from around you.

Notes

• Does not work against USOL, Fire Rain, Ring of Spears, and Rimefang per Grejuva and Koror in Discord. "Veil of Ice is a barrier specifically against TARGETable spells." This may also extend to PYRE and ABAN - it seems to specifically exclude AOE Cyclic TM.
  
• Per same discussion, is an integrity ward that is of above average strength for not having self-interference.
  
• Conceals features: A veil of ice covers your face and obscures your features.
  
• Customizable with the Pattern Hues cantrip: A veil of crystalline blizzard blue-white ice forms around you.
  

While active, automatically shifts to assume the same color pattern as your aura. The veil will match your most recent Pattern Hues cast.
