Description:	The Shatter spell is the modern version of the ancient Smite Shield spell. By focusing the caster's spiritual strength into a debilitative force, it will inhibit a target's ability to use a shield. In the hands of a skilled Paladin, it can even briefly incapacitate a foe's shield arm entirely.
Effect:	-Shield Usage skill, possibly disable shield defense entirely
