This is a free meditation that makes Barbarian abilities compatible with the active spell window in all popular front ends. As such, the actual command (MEDITATE POWER) is mostly obsolete, but see below for messaging:

Line E Explanation: This was the terrible, text-based "mana bar" before Barbarian abilities were compatible with the visual mana bar displayed in all game front ends. The *** represent filled inner fire, the --- represent empty inner fire, and the / represents passive regen cap. A fun way to check inner fire level if you feel like doing arithmetic instead of just glancing at the game!
