Description
The Dragon priest(ess) is a tall S'Kra Mur (fe)male whose features are hidden by the deep cowl of his/her dark challis robe. (S)He carries in his/her right hand [sic] which glows with a faint purple-tinged eldritch flame.

They tend to use their bone staff to cast spells. Possibly disarming them of the staff would prevent the casting of these spells.
Casts Curse of Zachriedek and Huldah's Pall
Not sure, possibly SOUL DRAIN: A sickly yellow-streaked beam of purple light flows from her staff to envelop you.
