| It would appear you need to use Tactics abilities in a ratio larger than 8 to 3. The skills are moving, just not as fast as your weapon skills because you use them less often. A critter caps identically for all offensive skills as far as I know. Tactics isn't meant to be easier to train than a weapon. You'll have to use it as much as a weapon to train it well. Or use combos. Applying a combo, charging it up and then finishing it give good experience I've been told. | |
