extensively inscribed speaker's weighted staff forged from uthamar
Look: Parallel spirals of Haakish characters and Eth'ral'khh pictographs twist and turn up the starlight-white metal speaker's staff exhibiting gradients of purples and golds from heat treatment during forging. A gold cap rests atop the staff, and is stamped with a seven-pointed star. Superimposed over the writing, a commemoration stands out in relief.

There appears to be something written on it.

A weighted staff reads: "As Baraliban: Grace in Words and Deeds, With Strength in Action."

Recall

This staff was forged to commemorate the reign Emperor Baraliban, a Halfling Emperor who first served as a diplomat, bringing the Dwarves into the Empire of the Seven Pointed Star with his kindness, respect, and words after they had previously been betrayed by Humans. Baraliban then signed a treaty with King Zsehhdu of Ratha to bring Reshalia into the Empire.
