Description:	Many empaths are tempted to neglect their physical skills in favor of their mental and magical abilities. Your Empathy already allows you to enhance and restore others' bodies, but you should not neglect your own. Your body must be the able servant of your mind. The Vigor spell will improve your muscular control, allowing you to temporarily imbue yourself -- or your Guardian Spirit -- with added strength and agility.
