- Requirements
- At least 1000 in Conviction skill.
- At least 800 in highest Weapon skill.
- At least 800 in Scholarship skill.
- At least 800 in Appraisal skill.
- At least 100 in Charisma.
- At least 90 in Wisdom.
- At least 80 in Intelligence.
- Must have at least 5 spells in the Justice spellbook.
- Must have a soul state of pristine luminescence.
- Must not have an active Warrant.
