General Information

Not much is known to Tichond about his past. Raised in an orphanage outside of the Crossing, any ties to family are unknown and lost to him. As such, he has no family name and has only ever gone by the name of Tichond.

Tichond has dedicated is life to the service of others. As an Empath, healing the injuries and restoring the bodies of his fellow adventurers, and offering guidance to new arrivals of the Crossing.

Tichond is fond of Ravens, and is insanely jealous of Warrior Mages who have one as a familiar.

Equipment

Altered Longcoat- A faded black leather longcoat with the Empath's Crest embroidered on the lapel.

This well-treated coat is just beginning to show signs of wear, with scuffing at the elbow and a few small singe marks. Tailored for a close cut, it is fitted with a series of pockets on the inner lining. Vivid shades of sapphire blue create the beautifully detailed crest near the collar, a stylized healing aura glowing from the rich hue of the open hand cradling a wreath of healing herbs. A detailed raven in flight is embossed across the back, wings spread across the shoulders.

Swordsman Cloak- A dark linen swordsman's cloak clasped at the right shoulder with a silver pin

This plain cloak was designed with the swordsman in mind: the sword arm is unfettered for fighting, and the hem stops well short of the ankles to facilitate quick footwork. The clasp and fabric are both undecorated, giving the cloak a quiet, unassuming appearance.

Recent History

Basalt Isle

Tichond joined his fellow adventurers, notably Remyngton, Opol, Anuril, Kethrai and Eskila, to triage for the invasion of Basalt isle. During the battle both Tichond and Remyngton at different points had been teleported away from the battle. Both shared similar experiences, where they were isolated from their comrades, and helpless against the horde of monsters they found themselves in the midst of. Both ended up falling, alone and with no hope of survival.

After the horrors they witnessed on Basalt, Tichond and Remyngton vowed to each other that they would seek to become more that just adept healers. They would ask for guidance on the path to becoming Empaths capable of defending themselves and leading the offense on a battlefield.

Dantia

Tichond, along with Remyngton, sought out Dantia. Having witnessed her courage and determination of the battlefield, they could think of no better mentor to approach.

Dantia offered a few challenges to gauge Tichond and Remyngton's conviction. All of which they passed, and Dantia accepted the pair as her apprentices.

In the year 440, Dantia graduated Tichond from apprenticeship in a private ceremony.
