I think this might be better worded along the lines of "These prices can be reduced by haggling with the seller." And then link to a separate article about haggling/negotiating? I think that's a subject worth its own article, since it's more than just charisma that factors into the price. --Grindinghalt 16:30, 4 April 2007 (CDT)

There are actually many reasons a price can fluctuate, other than straight charisma. Guild Shops for example can base prices along circle as well, a special skill (Traders == Trading too) etc. --Callek 18:20, 4 April 2007 (CDT)
