Warning system

Currently gives 2 minutes advance warning - Added to discussion for now since its from a single observation. 5:13pm PDT received warning message and 5:15pm PDT stun messaging. However, I got the "[Skipping stun from Rakash transition.]" message, not sure what that was from. --BEYONDDISBELIEF (talk) 23:06, 7 August 2016 (CDT)
