| Spiteful Rebirth has undergone a fairly major change under the hood.|
At the center of all this is "rebirth power," the calculation the metaspell uses to determine how nice Spiteful Rebirth would be. This has been wholly revised and has become a Thanatology check. Your rebirth power is capped by your state of being (normal < transcendi < liches) and scaled so that a normal Necromancer will cap it shortly after 100th circle.
Every time you use Spiteful Rebirth you lose a major chunk of your rebirth power. Rebirth Power auto-regens after two consecutive hours of staying alive.
With that in mind, the specific changes are:
1) Reuse timers are gone. You can depart death immediately after a previous rebirth if you still have enough rebirth power. Once rebirth power hits zero, you can no longer use SRE until the two hours have passed.
2) Rebirth power's effect on vitality and fatigue have been refigured. Rebirth power now also grants spirit, attunement, and concentration recovery.
3) Base EXP regain has been reduced, but now scales upward further than before with rebirth power.
4) Scroll recovery now scales upward with rebirth power.
5) Some messaging changes.
This is live in Prime and Platinum, with Fallen following in a few days.
