Using a take command, even while in hiding, removes you from hiding. It doesn't even need to succeed.

Regardless of adding a shadow touch as an ability, it would be nice if TAKE didn't pull you from hiding.


Since TAKE is a synonym for GET as far as the engine is concerned, that is unlikely to happen.

However, the TRANSFER verb is another story.

But then we get into the realm of stealth checks for remaining hidden if you move or make a sound (fall to your knees in agony, collapse, etc.), and it gets complicated fast. Not opposed to the idea at all -- I like the idea of stealthy empaths a lot, it's just not as simple as flipping a switch for TAKE to be used in hiding.
