Lasarhhtha created a poison to could kill not just the body but the soul; Archost, while the puppet of a demon, wielded powers that could threaten the integrity of the Starry Road (plane) itself. The power of damnation -- antinomian spirit magic -- is within the Necromancers' reach and it is powerful beyond description, so why haven't they all seized it and brought ruin to the world?
