Something that I left out of the initial announcement:

As some of you have noticed, the Hounds of Rutilor are back. This is intended, and they will be on for the foreseeable future. The Hounds only strike if a Necromancer has repeatedly gotten accused within a certain window of time (measured in hours) and that have very high Social Outrage.
