The Moon Mage Guild would lose, pretty horribly. Though they're in a position to do considerable damage to the infastructure if the guild as a whole put its mind to it. The officially sanctioned guilds exist at the pleasure of the provincial governments. Throne City, in particular, exists simply because Theren sees no value in taking it away from them. | |
