| Ok, in the case of GJ, the person casting TM spells would have had to fail an SvS contest first before their TM would be affected. If the TM caster did fail the contest, then there could be an issue with the spell, but if the TM caster shrugged off the effects of GJ (or wasn't even a valid target of the spell due to aoe range), then yes, even a minimum cast spell will affect the Bard, because the spell effects are on other players/creatures not the caster.
