A little late on this topic, but here is what I know. Arilana has an older sister, Amythiel. She's happily married to one of the Andreshlew nobles and has a brood (or is that a school?) of children. I don't have my notes for name of husband, nor their kids, although if I recall correctly there are five, some of which are married with their own kids. Andreshlew line of succession is "absolute cognatic primogeniture" or "lineal primogeniture" in which the oldest living child regardless of gender is in line for the throne, subsequently Amythiel's kids would be in line, her oldest is a boy who is married with his own kids, so he would be next after her.
