Tired of the long lines? Want to skip the middle men? Do you want to be one of the chosen few? Keishalae is happy to oblige! This very limited offer will allow you a single 15-minute session with The Witch to personally create one design at no in-game cost. These sessions will be scheduled in advance from 10am - 7pm (Eastern, of course!). There will be some built-in breaks for Keishalae to rest and reign in her urges to explode your heads. We make no promises in regards to your health and safety. [The OOC details: The work done in these sessions will NOT count against your festival total! Keishalae's normal alteration rules DO apply. This is not a guarantee that any similar offers will happen in the future. FAQ Will I know what time my appointment is ahead of time? - Yes. You will be able to use the FEST APPOINTMENT verb to check your scheduled time. This will be populated when the tickets sell out, or three days before the event with the information available at that time and the day before the event with the rest. What if my (or the guy before me!) appointment runs longer than 15 minutes? - There are several 15 minute blocks built into the schedule to allow the merchant time to catch up should some run over. Your scheduled time is the -earliest- you will be called, but you may have to wait a few minutes while the Witch catches up if people are nutty. What if I'm late for my appointment? - If you are late for your appointment, you may wait for the next built-in break and Keishalae may help you at that time. Use your waiting time wisely! These are the only breaks the GM behind the merchant will have, so please be well prepared. What if I miss my appointment due to circumstances beyond my control? - As with any missed box office event, contact quests@simutronics.com. Can I claim my turn with any character on my account? - Yes, provided that character has access to the Hollow Eve Festival. Can I transfer/gift my turn to another account? - No. As with all quests, if you want to purchase a ticket for someone else, contact quests@simutronics.com Are there things Keishalae doesn't work on? - Yes. Please see the Witch's NO List, found on her Workshop site: https://sites.google.com/site/thewitchsworkshop/The-No-List -- In addition to this list, there are some items in game which cannot be altered at all. Have a backup idea if you aren't sure. What if I have a voucher for something special? (Gore voucher? Ezscript voucher?) - If it's something Keishalae can do, she will be happy to do so for you. Have a backup plan just in case. What happens if my design is not approved and I do not have a backup ready? - ALWAYS have a backup idea. It's also a good idea to discuss your design with other players experienced with alterations to ensure a smooth transaction. What about special materials? Do we still have to provide those? - Yes. Normal alteration rules apply! Your ticket only provides you with the face time with Keishalae. Does this mean Keishalae isn't going to do regular lists anymore?! - No. Keishalae will absolutely still do at least one regular session. If you don't want to take advantage of this event, you can still take your chances with the list!
