While making a small internal change, I updated the messaging of Dazzle a little bit.
  1. The spell description no longer mentions its old sigil activation function.
  2. I tweaked the combat messaging a bit to better imply the Fortitude save nature of the spell, since it looked a bit reflex-y previously.
