Found in the area surrounding the Dark Hand, it is commonly believed that the predominant midnight-blue banding that covers the stone is a result of the surrounding corruption beginning to consume an otherwise typically-colored citrine. Whether this is true or simply a tale to help establish a desirably exotic origin story is entirely unclear; however, the stone itself retains no trace of active corruption.
Common description
Midnight-blue banding blankets the stone as pinpoints of rich yellow and orange peek out among the shade, reminiscent of stars in the evening sky.
