Dateline 7/10/2008: GUIDELINES FOR REPORT |
REPORT is the DragonRealms equivalent of a 911 call, interrupting the work of all online Game Masters, and should only be used for emergencies. Issues that should be brought immediately to GM attention with REPORT include another player using vulgarities, obscenities, or a player who is sexually harassing you. |
For times you need to speak with a GM that don't concern an immediate game failure or harassment, such as complaints, questions, or suggestions you can use other channels, including the message boards, ASSIST, or FEEDBACK. Other methods to use to let the GMs know about a problem: |
⇒ If you have found a BUG or TYPO, please use the BUG command to report it. |
⇒ If you need items replaced from a game crash. Please use ASSIST to get into the referral queue. |
⇒ To tell us someone picked your pocket, please use the ACCUSE command for that. |
⇒ To tell us that a hunting room is messy, either move from the area and let the janitor handle it, or use the DUMP verb (type DUMP HELP for syntax). |
⇒ To ask us when your turn in the ASSIST queue is coming up, type ASSIST again to see your place. |
⇒ To ask us about your billing information, send an email to billing@simutronics.com. In-game GM's do not have access to this information. |
⇒ Do not REPORT to ask us about punishment or status of another player. Other players' records are confidential, as are yours. |
