Look: Studded with an array of precious gems, each squared plate depicts an armed combatant defeating a monstrous beast. Chunky gold-washed steel chains link the panels to one another, and a double-wrapped border of chain wreaths the largest, central plate. In this scene, a skeletal bone wyvern, its gruesome features wrought in great detail, is posed defiantly, wings arced outwards as an armored champion perches upon its dragon-like skull, bloodied sword raised high to deliver the final blow.
