A swirl of vivid red liqueur forms a cloud through the drink, symbolizing the pockmarked skin around the Surgeon's eyes. A slice of blood orange floats on the surface, a reminder of the noxious stench of blood that accompanies him. Beezell disappeared in 417 AV.
