• PAT: You pat your sparrow lightly on its head, but it sits there, preening its rust-covered metal feathers. The soft whirring sound coming from within the mechanical sparrow suddenly stops.
• POKE: You poke the mechanical sparrow in its side and it tips off your hand. Halfway to the ground the mechanical sparrow's wings suddenly spread with a clink, and it glides to a gentle stop on the ground. With a sigh of relief, you bend over and gently pick up the small sparrow and hold it protectively for a few moments.
• TAP: You tap the mechanical sparrow a few times on the back of its head, making it emit a soft whirring sound as it slowly begins pecking forward on your hand.
