Look: This petite figurine appears to have been caught up in a fiery explosion. Inky soot coats the female Gnome, concealing most of the darkspine used in her creation. Round-framed goggles push back the fall of her sculpted hair, revealing two circles of pale wood with a jagged reddish-brown grain. Her expression sheepish, she holds a lumpy metal mass, the once glossy glaes twisted into an opaque grey-brown clump. Streamers of the ruined metal have dripped through her scorched fingers to pool at her feet.

  • The miniature Andriette retrieves a strange device from her pack and points it away from her. Pushing a lever on the side she asks, "What hapens when I do this?" The device fires a sharpened spork that embeds itself deeply into <opposing soldier>!
  • The miniature Andriette impatiently taps her foot as she stares intently at a clump of melted metal. Shrugging, she lobs it at <castle location>. Andriette looks surprised when the lump sticks to the target and then explodes in a ball of fire!
  • The miniature Andriette zooms across the battlefield, vigorously flapping her soot-stained wings and shouting, "Incoming!" Pushing <opposing solider> to the ground to land in a sprawled heap, Andirette delivers a quick kick before dashing away!

Failed Attack

  • The miniature Andriette pulls a battered journal from her pack and flips to a marked page. Squinting, her nose pressed to the page, she begins to read. After a moment she exclaims, "Ah hah! If I do... and then... yes, it should work next time!"
  • The miniature Andriette retrieves a strange device from her pack and points it at <opposing soldier> and pushes a lever on the side. Nothing happens. Smacking the device again, she once more takes aim, but her target has already moved away!
  • The miniature Andriette unfolds a pair of soot-stained wings and begins to vigorously flap them as she dashes forward. Tripping over her own feet, she crashes to the ground, sending up a thick cloud of dust. Coughing, she croaks, "I'm okay!"

Death

  • The miniature Andriette retrieves a case marked FIRST AID and flips it open. There is a flash of blinding light that sends her flying backwards to land in a heap. A clockwork bird begins to orbit her head, twittering a soulful dirge.
