Description: The Heighten Pain spell surrounds your opponent with a wracking curse that amplifies the target's sense of pain, increasing the physical damage and discomfort they suffer for a short time.


The magic of Blood so rarely has any beneficial purposes, and this spell is a perfect example of that. Analyzing the artistry inherent in the spell patterns of other guilds and how cages of energy could be used to dampen the damage inflicted on a target, the Necromancers of course hastened to do the reverse.

Those who have been unlucky enough to be inflicted by the curse of Heighten Pain yet fortunate enough to escape the Necromancer's clutches report feeling wracked by constant and unceasing aches, even cool breeze against their skin feeling like being repeatedly bludgeoned. The effect is far worse when actual violence is underway, exacerbating even light cuts into something worse.

  • Increases incoming damage by a percentage (opposite of damage reducer like Minor Physical Protection or Cage of Light).
  • Included in target's LOOK as: Reddish-green energy arcs malevolently around <target>'s body, causing him heightened pain.
