If understated elegance has a home, this is certainly it. Rich mahogany floors, polished to a soft gleam are accented by thick handwoven rugs in burgundy and dark grey, that cushion each footfall. Heavy cabinets with their doors ajar display a variety of handsome accoutrements for gentlemen of all tastes, ranging from understated to the more flamboyant apparel preferred by dandies. You also see a pedestal with a catalog on it, a gleaming mahogany table and a small silver tree.
