When beseeching the winds of Elanthia to echo you must either designate a recipient (BESEECH THE WIND TO ECHO <PLAYER NAME>) or beseech the wind to echo your words to the surrounding area (BESEECH THE WIND TO ECHO ALL). Effect: , , whisper PC a message at range
Messaging: > align 31

You lower your head, close your eyes and begin breathing slowly as you channel a very small amount of your existing spirit health into reserve to be used as needed by nature itself.
> beseech the wind to echo <player>

You beseech the wind to echo your words:

I beseech the winds to come to me!
To carry my words, my voice to free!
Across the land my missive to bring!
Echoed utterings the air to sing!

Roundtime: 5 sec.

You feel your spirit weaken from the exertion required to call the winds of Elanthia.

Your spirit feels less drained.

A whirling stream of wind descends from the heavens and flows about you.

The winds of Elanthia gently beckon you to cast your voice upon them.

> beseech echo Hello there
You direct your voice up into the wind, "Hello there"
Roundtime: 2 sec.

The winds of Elanthia gently beckon you to cast your voice upon them.

The winds of Elanthia gently beckon you to cast your voice upon them.

The winds summoned to carry your missives return from whence they came.

The range is approximately equal to a K gweth.

Aligning more than 35 does not extend the range of the whispers.
