Sysops or Administrators are active contributors to a wiki who have the ability to perform various maintenance tasks to keep the wiki running smoothly. These tasks include protecting and deleting pages, blocking harmful editors, and quickly reverting page vandalism should such occur.

In addition to the above duties, Bureaucrats have the ability to promote other users to Administrator, Bureaucrat, or Moderator roles.

While GM accounts have administrator powers, they are not considered Elanthipedia staff and should not be approached for administrative issues.
