The reason I had made the re-directs is that on every NEWS article going forward for the orders and prime events, those same ALL CAPS headers were going to be present. Rather than having to edit each of those sub-section every time those articles are updated, the REDIRECT from the all caps to the standardized version was to streamline a phrase that will be used over and over again. --Kythryn 10:54, 5 September 2016 (CDT)

:How often are the news pages getting updated? Totally understand why there might be a need to streamline some stuff with a redirect, but my understanding is that we try to use redirects more for when people are typing something in shorthand and expect to get a result, vs not wanting to do some manual editing when uploading content. --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 11:13, 5 September 2016 (CDT)

Sorry about that! It (probably) won't happen to that extent again. I was just figuring out how some of the templates and forms worked. Almaz 21:24, 6 October 2013 (UTC)

Don't worry about it! I used to do the same thing until it drove the mods crazy, too. --TEVESHSZAT 21:55, 6 October 2013 (UTC)

I was right in the middle of editing that page, and had made all the disambig pages and stuff, and you are changing it right in the middle of my changing it, so let me know when you are done please so I can go fix what I was doing. for page Large bin of miniature figurines. --Linett (talk)

You weren't on AIM to talk about the change so I took care of it. --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 23:27, 17 June 2014 (CDT)
Just curious but what else are you changing about it, anyway. While tweaking the figurine naming convention you had listed, I noticed you added some stuff Persida removed (which is why I removed it again). Just to know what you're doing ahead of time for the page so we don't have to hash out the details after the fact. --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 23:30, 17 June 2014 (CDT)

Safari S'Kra Kor

Heya! Thanks for getting these guys onto the wiki! Those duplicates I think were made up for the invasion creatures from the previous events; might check to see if they are one in the same? Also, there's a category for the safari critters if you want to add these new ones into it: https://elanthipedia.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Category:Taisidon_Safari_creatures --Kythryn 20:16, 1 August 2016 (CDT)

The warriors, shaman, and villagers have different gear, and their special attacks seemed to have changed (or, in the case of the villagers, they don't seem to call for help!). I was wondering if they were the same as the old ones, too --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 20:19, 1 August 2016 (CDT)

Quiet Found Treasures Update?

Thanks for the heads up! I was actually out of town the last couple days, so have to catch up with the new safari stuffs...I'll keep an eye open in the shop when I get organized and back onto the island later, although I imagine you already have it all sorted out...:) Thanks! --Kythryn 21:42, 13 August 2016 (CDT)

So there isn't (currently) a crooked stand in the shop here in prime. Maybe it disappears after the items are all purchased? Also, there are new items on the table, so that's something I'll keep dropping by to check on until the island closes...--Kythryn 03:28, 14 August 2016 (CDT)
Weird! I'll see if there's anything new or changed on our end, too. --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 10:18, 14 August 2016 (CDT)

All Caps Names

"It's better to do something like this than to have an all caps name redirect."

I believe the articles in the Events category (NEWS 4) get updated at the start of each month. I had kind of "white noised" the news system the last few years, so this project has been refreshing my memory on how it works, so that category could get updated more or less frequently.
