A command much like SET and FLAGS that allows switching settings on and off.

TOGGLE LIST: Lists available settings
TOGGLE BUNDLE: Set default location to wear bundle: shoulder (S), waist (W), back (B), or belt (T).
TOGGLE EXPBRIEF: Displays shorthand information in the Field Experience window in StormFront.
TOGGLE SHIELD: Set default location to wear shield: shoulder (S) or left arm (A).
