Requirements

Must have performed 5,000 Predictions

At least 800 in Targeted Magic skill.

At least 600 in Evasion skill.

At least 600 in highest Armor skill.

At least 600 in highest Weapon skill.

At least 800 in Warding skill.

Must know the Seer's Sense spell.

Must know the Invocation of the Spheres spell.
