A S'Kra Mur gives his ru'ati (circle of family, friends, and allies) complete trust and complete honesty and expects the same from them. Those outside the ru'at are considered q'alri, which means the person is not worthy of trust or consideration -- the category that most strangers would fall into.<br> |
