Description: The Rising Mists spell creates a dense fog that will, after a few seconds of thickening, make it easier for all in the area to hide. When used in the water it provides the same function but through slightly different means.
Effect: +Stealth skill, obscures exits
Example Messaging: A wispy, grey mist silently rises, droplet by droplet.

The faint mist thickens into a dense, unnatural fog.

Devices/Tattoos: Item:Square of fine blue-white gauze trimmed with tiny blue glass beads, Square of fine blue-white gauze trimmed with tiny blue glass beads, Twisted icethorn wand capped with a cloud turquoise

Notes

  • Cannot be cast in a room with Zephyr unless above an unknown potency.
  • A Zephyr in the area alters the description of the fog to: "a swirling unnatural fog."
